In case you missed it last night, the Calgary Flames put together a lacklustre effort against the Winnipeg Jets and ended up getting spanked 5-1 on the scoresheet. To add insult to injury though, Flames forward Matthew Tkachuk absolutely embarrassed himself and his teammates with a brutal dive while trying to hold up Jets forward Mark Schiefele mid-game.
I mean... just watch this circus act:
Come on, Chucky... you're better than that.
Look, I'm a HUGE fan of Tkachuk but this kind of garbage does not belong in hockey. Period. Save it for the soccer pitch.
