Simmonds lights up Benn with some heavy right hands in very one sided scrap

Toronto Maple Leafs forward Wayne Simmonds absolutely went to work on Vancouver Canucks defenceman Jordie Benn late in his team's 7-3 blowout win this evening. 

After a borderline hit from Simmonds on Canucks sophomore Quinn Hughes, Benn stepped in to avenge his teammate but it was Simmonds who got the best of Benn in this one sided tilt.

Those are some heavy right hands from The Wayne Train here. Kudos to Benn for hanging in there though and for even landing a few shots himself. I'll never pile on a guy who's just trying to stand up for a teammate.
