Red Wings sign Blackhawks rookie sensation Pius Suter

This just in, the Detroit Red Wings have signed free agent forward Pius Suter to a two year contract.

The 25 year old Swiss forward put up a pretty impressive 14 goals and 27 points in 55 games with the Blackhawks this past season, but that evidently wasn't enough for GM Stan Bowman to warrant bringing him back.
