Oddsmakers have new favourite to win the 2022 Stanley Cup!

The 2021 Stanley Cup has yet to get hoisted, however, oddsmakers are already hard at work on their predictions for the 2022 championship. 

BetOnline.org has posted the rankings for the 2022 postseason and revealed which team has the best chance to win the Stanley Cup in 2022. And the Colorado Avalanche is on top. 

Different gambling sites have made predictions on the 2022 championships, but there are few differences than with the one just posted by BetOnline.org. 

The Westgate sportsbook has installed the Knights as the 5-1 co-favorites with the Colorado Avalanche to win the 2021-22 Stanley Cup. Station Casinos made the Avalanche and Tampa Bay Lightning 5-1 co-favorites, with the Knights the 6-1 third choice.

The Lightning could win back-to-back championships this week as they lead the last series 3-1 over the Montreal Canadiens. 

The Florida team was not the favorite to win the 2021 Stanley Cup when odds were made public prior to the regular season. 

The expansion Seattle Kraken is in a pack of eight teams at 100-1 at the Westgate, where the Detroit Red Wings and Buffalo Sabres are the longest shots at 200-1. In odds established by BetOnline.org, the Kraken is at 100-1 along with the Wings and Sabres, but also the Anaheim Ducks, Columbus Blue Jackets and New Jersey Devils.
