We have a four player trade to announce this morning, albeit a relatively minor one.

According to an official announcement from the Los Angeles Kings, the organization has acquired both forwards Brayden Burke and Tyler Steenbergen from the Arizona Coyotes and going back the other way to the Coyotes will be defenseman Cole Hults and forward Bokondji Imama

Of the four players traded none has even a single game of experience in the National Hockey League to boast of and have instead plied their trades primarily in the American Hockey League. Steenbergen, Hults and Imama were all drafted into the NHL with Steenbergen's 128th overall selection in the fifth round of the 2017 NHL Entry Draft being the highest among the group, while Burke is an undrafted prospect who drew attention after making his way through the Western Hockey League as a member of the Red Deer Rebels, Lethbridge Hurricanes and Moose Jaw Warriors.

It seems very unlikely that this deal will have a significant impact on either club at the NHL level, but no doubt fans of both the Ontario Reign and the Tuscon Roadrunners of the AHL will notice the relatively significant shifts that have been made to their respective rosters as a result of this deal
