Henrik Lundqvist is back on the ice!

Longtime New York Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist shocked the hockey world twice this past offseason. Firstly when he announced he was signing with the rival Washington Capitals for the 2021 season and then secondly when he announced that he was withdrawing from the campaign due to a heart condition. 

Well, it looks like King Henrik has yet another surprise up his sleeve because he's back on the ice! Lundqvist shared a quick video on social media earlier today showing him taking breakaway reps and looking awfully good in his movements.

Just a month after having heart surgery and the guy is back on the ice. What a machine! Here's hoping that Henrik can continue to progress in his recovery and can manage to play some games in the 2021-22 NHL season.
