Canadian forward Peyton Krebs caught chirping on mic as he heads to the penalty box

In case you missed it, Team Canada absolutely waxed Team Russia by a score of 5-0 in tonight's semi-final of the World Junior Championships. Canada will now face the winner of tonight's Team USA vs Team Finland game for the gold medal later this week. 

It was an incredibly entertaining game if you're a Canadian hockey fan. There were plenty of goals, hits and big saves from the Canadian squad... but frankly my highlight of the night was late in the game when Canadian forward Peyton Krebs gave his opponent a classic chirp while heading to the penalty box.

When you're down 4-0 late in the third and your gold medal hopes are about to end... what do you say to a chirp like that? Nothing... you sit there and feel shame.
