Brad Marchand gets in near fight with teammate at Bruins’ practice

The Boston Bruins might have pulled a prank on new captain Patrice Bergeron on Thursday thanks to Brad Marchand, but it now seems like the gritty forward is in the middle of something else on Friday.

According to many Bruins insiders attending practice on Friday, Marchand almost fought with teammate Chris Wagner near the benches.

As many mentioned, Marchand, who was running through line rushes with Bergeron for today’s scrimmage game, was mixing it up with Wagner by the benches with his helmet popped off after the Black Team scored.

One insider, Joe Haggerty of Boston Hockey Now, mentioned that a lot was going on out there.

We aren’t sure what happened to get Marchand rilled up like he was. There is no doubt that he loves to get players going on the ice with insults and chips, however, fans didn’t think it included his teammates.

We are sure the Bruins will attempt to explain this altercation later on today.
