Alex Ovechkin acts like soccer player; fakes injury to get penalty

Alex Ovechkin loves to score on the power-play and wanted to give his Washington Capitals a chance on Friday night. 

In the second period of the game against the New Jersey Devils, Ovechkin literally put on a show for the official as he acted like he got hit by the stick of Sami Vatanen on the play. 

Upon further review, you can tell that Vatanen’s stick never hits Ovi, he who acted like a true soccer player, faking the injury to get the penalty.
