Breaking: David Savard has finally been traded.

According to reports now coming from multiple sources, it appears as though veteran Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman David Savard has finally been traded. Louis Jean of TVA Sports is reporting that Savard has been informed that he has been dealt to the Tampa Bay Lightning although no word yet on the return in this trade.
